- You consent that The Cesta is authorized to charge your credit card on file for fees and charges for services rendered and/or product purchases. All charges are due immediately and you agree that upon completion of services your credit card on file will be charged automatically.

- Please note that if service is canceled with less than 24-hour notice, a cancelation fee equal to half (50%) the amount of the scheduled service price will be charged to the credit card on file. We kindly ask for ample notice of cancelation once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment.

- The full amount of the scheduled service price will be charged to the credit card on file when we are unable to access the home upon arrival, we are turned away at the door, or service was not previously canceled.

- To keep your wonderful furbabies safe, we ask you to please secure them prior to the arrival of The Cesta laundress and keep them secured if they are overstimulated by visitors.
